NorthPulse is the US brand of an engineering team that has built and maintained software for companies in adtech, finance, healthcare, edtech and agriculture since 2024. We started NorthPulse because AI agents changed what a small senior team can deliver, and the way most agencies sell hadn't caught up.

What we believe about AI and code
AI agents are the biggest productivity change in our careers. They write scaffolding, tests and migrations faster than any of us. We use them on everything.
They are also confidently wrong often enough that nothing they write should ship unread. So nothing does. A senior engineer reads, runs and signs every pull request. That review is the product.
The result is a smaller team doing more, at a price that reflects the smaller team, with a person accountable for every line.

NorthPulse is a trading name of Lucid Outsourcing LLC, a Nevada limited liability company. We contract and invoice in US dollars, carry professional and cyber liability insurance, and work with a distributed engineering team across time zones, which is how your work gets done while you sleep.
