Terms of use

Last updated 10 October 2026.
NorthPulse is a trading name of Lucid Outsourcing LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("NorthPulse", "we", "us").

These terms govern your use of northpulse.tech (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to them. They do not govern engineering services we provide; those are governed by a separate signed agreement (a Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work, or a written quote you accept), which takes precedence over anything here if the two conflict.

Using the Site

You may use the Site to learn about our services, contact us, and read our content. You may not use it to send spam, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, scrape it at scale, interfere with its operation, or do anything unlawful. We may suspend access to anyone who does.

Information on the Site

The Site describes our services, our approach, and our prices. Prices shown are starting points in US dollars and may change; the price that applies to you is the one in your signed agreement or accepted quote. Pages labelled "representative engagement" describe how we typically approach a kind of project and are illustrative, not reports of specific client results. We try to keep everything accurate but make no promise that the Site is error-free, and nothing on it is professional, legal, financial or security advice for your situation.

Contacting us and booking calls

Sending the contact form or booking a call does not create a contract. An engagement begins only when both parties sign an agreement or you accept a written quote. We may decline any enquiry.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content (text, design, code, graphics, and the NorthPulse name and logo) belong to Lucid Outsourcing LLC or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation of our services. Any other reproduction or use needs our written permission. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners. Ownership of deliverables we create for clients is set out in the client agreement, not here.

Links to other sites

The Site links to third-party sites (for example LinkedIn, Google, and vendors' documentation). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Privacy

Our Privacy policy explains what we collect on the Site and how we use it. It forms part of these terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or secure. Nothing here limits warranties we give in a signed client agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lucid Outsourcing LLC and its members, officers and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the Site.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing, either party will give the other written notice and 30 days to resolve the matter informally.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new date. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the new terms.

General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. These terms, with the Privacy policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site. You may not assign them; we may assign them to a successor of our business.
