Privacy policy
Last updated 10 October 2026.
NorthPulse is a trading name of Lucid Outsourcing LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("NorthPulse", "we", "us").
This policy explains what we collect when you visit northpulse.tech or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is written in plain language on purpose. If anything is unclear, email support@northpulse.tech.
Scope. This policy covers this website and our sales and support communications. Data we handle while delivering engineering services for a client (for example code, databases or user data in a client's systems) is governed by the contract with that client, not by this policy. We act as a service provider or processor for that data and use it only on the client's instructions.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use the contact form, book a call, or email us, we collect what you send: typically your name, work email address, company website, what you need, and your message. If we then work together, we collect the details needed to contract and invoice (company name, address, billing contact, tax identifiers where required).
Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to tell people from bots. When you open or use a form, Google receives information about your browser and how you use the page, under Google's policies.google.com/privacy and policies.google.com/terms.
Information collected automatically. Our web server records standard logs: IP address, browser type and version, device type, pages requested, referring page, and timestamps. We use these for security and to keep the site running. We also keep our own first-party analytics to understand how people find and use the site: the pages you view and the order you view them in, the site or link that referred you (including any campaign tags such as "utm_source" in the web address), your device, browser and language, an approximate location (country, region and city) estimated from your IP address, and your IP address itself. This information is stored in our own database and tied to a first-party cookie (np_vid) so that we can recognise repeat visits and, if you send us an enquiry, connect it to the pages you viewed first. This first-party analytics is set on every visit and does not depend on the cookie banner, and it is not shared with advertising networks. If you allow analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects usage information as described under Cookies. If you allow marketing cookies, LinkedIn's Insight Tag collects information used to measure our advertising and show relevant ads.
Information from other sources. Before a sales call we may look at public information about your company (your website, LinkedIn page, public funding announcements) so the call is useful. We do not buy personal data from data brokers.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16, and the site is not directed at them.
How we use it
- To reply to you, schedule calls, and scope, quote and deliver the work you ask for.
- To contract, invoice and keep the records a business is required to keep.
- To keep the site secure, detect abuse, and diagnose errors.
- To understand how visitors find and use the site — traffic sources, pages viewed and approximate location — using our own first-party analytics, as a legitimate interest.
- With your consent, to understand how the site is used and to measure and improve our advertising.
- To send you information about our services if you have asked for it or if we are already working together. You can opt out of any marketing email with one click.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract, and only as needed to run our business: hosting and email providers, our form and scheduling tools, an IP-geolocation provider that estimates a visitor's approximate location from their IP address, our CRM, accounting and invoicing software, and, if you allowed the relevant cookies, Google (analytics) and LinkedIn (advertising measurement). We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or reorganisation of the business, in which case this policy would continue to apply.
Our engineering team works across time zones, including outside the United States. Where personal information is accessed from outside the US we apply the same safeguards described on our Security & Trust page.
Cookies
A cookie banner asks for your choice the first time you visit. Before you decide — and whatever you choose — we set our own essential and first-party analytics cookies (the NorthPulse rows in the table below); the third-party analytics and marketing cookies run only if you allow them. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer, or by clicking here. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we do not show the banner and do not set third-party analytics or marketing cookies; our own first-party analytics cookies are still set for traffic measurement and security.

Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete, or give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to stop using it for marketing. Email support@northpulse.tech; we respond within 30 days and may ask you to confirm your identity. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.
California and other US states. If you live in California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas or another state with a consumer privacy law, you have the rights above under that law, and the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information and of targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information. Marketing cookies may count as "sharing" for targeted advertising; you can opt out by choosing "Essential only" in the cookie banner, by enabling Global Privacy Control in your browser, or by emailing us with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share". You may also appeal a decision we make about your request by replying to our response.
European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland. If you are in these regions, our legal bases are: performance of a contract or steps before one (replying to you, delivering work), legitimate interests (site security, business records, first-party analytics to measure and improve the site, limited B2B marketing), consent (analytics and marketing cookies), and legal obligation (tax records). You may withdraw consent at any time, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and complain to your local data protection authority. Transfers to the United States and to our team outside the US rely on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
Security
We protect personal information with access controls, encryption in transit, encrypted devices, and the practices described on our Security & Trust page. No method is perfect; if we learn of a breach affecting your information we will notify you and any regulator as the law requires.
Changes
We will update this policy when our practices or the law change, and show the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on this page for 30 days.
